Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refunds, Re-schedule When you schedule an appointment, that time block is set aside for you and cannot be given to someone else. We understand that sometimes life happens. No refunds will be given for a cancellation however, you can re-schedule based on availability. If you need to re-schedule, 24 - hour notice is required. Refunds for school will not be granted however, an extension will be granted on a case-by-case scenario.
